March 20 Hello Again to MotivationI cannot believe it has been a MONTH since I have been on here. I am been in a downward sprial since then and back up to 191. OUCH! I got Jillians 30 day Shred video and it is an AWESOME workout! This is my 2nd day...She just kicked my A double S AGAIN....I feel good but my arms are weak...I am tired and hungry now. I will be in shape in no time with these workouts!! I am feeling motivated AGAIN. Hope it lasts this time. The sun sure does help!!!
My Mom is MIA due to working 50+ hours a week. After she sees me back into the groove she will be too. I wanted to got to the BL Finale but my efforts were not there. I will be at goal by the end of summer (I hope). February 19 I'm BAAAAACKKKKKKK (again)Boy, I keep slacking off...I could have been half way to my goal weight by now. I hate to think of it that way but it's true. I am back up again. Stopped going to WW because of my daughters cheerleading. SO I am on my own...kind-of my best friend is a personal trainer and I am checking in with her daily. I feel so guilty when I have to tell her I haven't been working out and I am back up the 7lbs I lost. D'oh!
TOday I have done the 3 miles with Leslie and POWER SCULPT with Jillian. My legs are shakey and weak now....thanks Jillian! February 06 I'm Back AGAINWell, I was doing really well until my husband brought Taco Bell home and I wasn't even hungry but I ate it anyway and it's been down hill ever since. (You don't want to know what I ate this week so far) I woke up this morning determined to get back on track again. I started my day off with a Zone Bar and a glass of water. I was up to 186 yesterday. I have walked 70 miles this year but because of my eating seemed to have gotten no where.......... January 30 DUHI am so dumb. I snacked all day yesterday...goldfish, chips ahoy cookies-900calories, one of our pink frosting cookies (free at the bakery @ Meijers) and I wasn't going to go to WW last night but I weighed myself before going to see and I was down 4 lbs!!!!!!! (3.8 to be exact) and this morning after I drank water, a fiber one bar and a bananna I was 183. DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH January 27 Doing GREATI have been working out everyday this week and I will post results in the morning! I didn't want everyone to think I was out of it again!! I could do a lot better on my calorie intake BUT I think I have done better than last week!!!! (up 4 lbs!)
